Game Preview - Round 2 2019

By Samuel Lindsay vs Gordon (A)What a great start to the season, 6 wins across all grades and the club as a whole will be looking to go 2 from 2 this week.Shambeckler Vui was a late withdrawal from the side last week, travelling to New Zealand with the NSW Waratahs. He's back and raring for action. New recruit Curtis Rona is named to make his Intrust Super Shute Shield club debut starting on the wing. He comes in for the injured Ben Connolly who is set for a week on the sideline after sustaining an ankle injury last weekend. Bayley Kuenzle moves into the stating lineup seeing Christian Kagiassis shift to fullback and Will Thomas take up residence at winger.Gordon will be coming into the fixture fresh having their bye in Round 1. There's been plenty of player movement in their top grade following the arrival of Darren Coleman from Warringah over the summer. They'll have lots of new combinations but will be coming out firing with plenty to prove following a disappointing 2018 campaign. Tomorrow also shapes as a fantastic opportunity to see our Colts in action at Forshaw for the first time this year. It's also another opportunity to gaze upon the fabulous Forshaw turf which is set to be the envy of the competition this year! SDRC TEAM NEWS Starting Line-up1. James Wayland2. Blake Schoupp3.
