Season 2023 Update
This part of the season has been a mix of the traditional “whole of club” training, while incorporating specific grade, colts and physical performance sessions. I have been impressed by the level of buy-in and commitment from the players.

Vale - Ken Sadler Life Member
Sadly we advise that SDRC Life Member Ken Sadler passed away aged 90 a few days after suffering a stroke on Christmas Day.

Grant has a long history with Southern Districts Rugby Club and in January, will take on a new role as our Commercial General Manager.
Colts Update DEC 2022
After the first proper season in 3 years came to a close, there was no rest for the wicked for the men at Forshaw. The season saw a group of 55 men endure countless lessons that measure one's character, and in season 2023 these men are out for redemption and consolidation of those lessons learnt.
